The Advanced Open Water Diver course is designed for those who have completed the Open Water Diver certification and are ready to advance their diving skills. This course will help you gain confidence, expand your scuba abilities, and discover new specialties through a series of exciting Adventure Dives. Whether you’re exploring new depths or mastering underwater navigation, this course will provide you with the experience and knowledge to become a more capable and adventurous diver.

Course Overview

This course consists of five dives, including two required dives:

  • Deep Dive: Learn how to plan and execute dives to safely handle the challenges of diving at greater depths.
  • Underwater Navigation: Focus on compass navigation and other techniques, such as visual landmarks and timing, to navigate more effectively underwater.

For the remaining three dives, you can choose from various specialties such as:

  • Boat Diving
  • Night Diving
  • Peak Performance Buoyancy
  • Search and Recovery
  • Wreck Diving

You’ll work with your instructor to select the specialties that interest you most and best suit your diving goals.
